About the Opportunity Accendra is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join the finance organization of a U.S.-based company. This role will work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling skills with the ability to understand business performance, identify key drivers, and translate financial and operational data into actionable insights. This is a fully remote opportunity for finance professionals based in Latin America. What You'll Do Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts Support annual planning and recurring forecasting processes Perform monthly budget-to-actual and variance analysis Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, headcount, and cash flow Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs Partner with accounting during the monthly close process Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions Build dashboards and reporting tools for finance leadership Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, and other business functions Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across company performance Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership Help improve and automate existing FP&A processes and reporting What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting fundamentals Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently within a distributed, remote team Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with a U.S.-based company Experience in SaaS, technology, professional services, or another high-growth environment Experience with three-statement financial modeling Understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, or recurring-revenue business models Experience with cash flow forecasting and scenario modeling Experience preparing executive, board, or investor reporting Familiarity with ERP, FP&A, and business intelligence platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who goes beyond reporting the numbers. You'll be expected to understand why performance is changing, ask the right questions, identify meaningful trends, and help finance leadership make better decisions. You should be comfortable working with imperfect datasets, building analyses from the ground up, communicating with stakeholders across the organization, and taking ownership of your work from start to finish. Compensation $2,500–$4,000 USD per month , depending on experience, technical capabilities, English proficiency, and overall fit.
