SAIC leads the way to provide customer-centric IT Service Management (ITSM) focused on improving service and leveraging processes and strategies with an emphasis on timely IT services and support. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and integrating platform capabilities and module functionalities within the FAA ServiceNow environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the FAA through agile development practices, driving seamless integration of various systems and tools to optimize service delivery. Responsibilities Assist in implementing new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities, ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and operational integration. Mature and enhance functionality across previously implemented ServiceNow modules, driving improved workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience. Foster platform-wide interoperability through integrations with FAA systems and data repositories, promoting a unified system-of-record across AIT and enterprise stakeholders. Apply Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between various tools and platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions that align FAA’s digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks. Implement ServiceNow enhancements and integrations, leveraging best practices to ensure iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with evolving mission and operational priorities. Assist in promoting FAA business process reengineering and standardization to maximize the business value derived from integrated ServiceNow solutions. Assist with providing all required documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts and training materials to support enterprise-scale operations and adoption. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 3-10 years of relevant ServiceNow Developer experience. Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems. The ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance is essential, citizenship or Green Card with 3 years of residency. Desired Skills And Experience Strong preference for individuals with ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Proven experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies. Familiarity with supporting FedRAMP-authorized software is a plus.
