Visit our Institutional Page Key Responsibilities Sponsorships Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Nu's global sponsorship portfolio in Mexico (Mercedes F1, Inter Miami/Nu Stadium, and upcoming partnerships), ensuring campaigns and activations launch on time and align with brand or business objectives. Global Stakeholder Alignment: Manage the approval process and relationship with senior global leadership (e.g., Global CMO/Head of Global Marketing) to keep Mexico's sponsorship agenda aligned with global priorities, while advocating for local market needs. Marketing Experience Campaigns: Lead culturally relevant brand experience campaigns to build cultural connection with the Mexican audience (e.g., World Cup campaign). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and work closely with brand, creative, PR, legal, content, research and media teams to ensure these campaigns or activations are launched in time and form. Budget & Performance Ownership: Manage sponsorship local budgets process and evaluate post activation performance to inform the impact of your projects and future investment decisions. Skills You'll Need To Succeed 8+ years of relevant experience in sports marketing, brand, or brand partnerships/sponsorships. English professional proficiency, with experience communicating with global stakeholders in English. End-to-end management of complex projects involving both internal and external stakeholders. Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills, giving the team visibility and articulating complex ideas clearly and key project priorities to lead teams and projects toward successful execution. Experience building and executing large scale physical activations end to end. Ability to present to and gain sign-off from senior and global leadership teams (VP/C-level equivalents). Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where priorities and strategies might shift quickly.
