About The Role The Manager, Marketing Analytics is a key analytical voice on CBRE’s Global Digital Marketing Analytics team, responsible for turning marketing data into insight that leadership can act on. As CBRE invests in a stronger global digital ecosystem, this role helps ensure marketing performance is measured clearly, interpreted consistently, and connected to the business outcomes that matter most. This role serves as a partner marketing leaders turn to for a reliable read on campaign performance, channel mix, and marketing’s contribution to the business. Working within the departmental analytics strategy and standards, it helps maintain the measurement frameworks the global marketing organization depends on, keeping analytics consistent and trustworthy across regions and lines of business. This role is for someone who wants to make analytics work smarter by applying AI thoughtfully to improve speed, quality, and scalability. It suits someone who is comfortable presenting to leadership, interrogating the data behind the numbers, and exercising sound judgment to turn analysis into clear recommendations and decisions. CBRE’s marketing organization operates across more than 100 countries, where decisions depend on data that is trustworthy, consistent, and clearly understood. This role is the bridge between the analytics the team produces and the decisions leadership makes, ensuring the implications of the data are credible and connected to marketing’s impact on the business. What You’ll Do Insight & Storytelling Interpret marketing performance data across attribution, funnel, segmentation, and channel performance, translating analysis into findings, implications, and recommendations for marketing leaders and their teams. Develop compelling data visualizations and narratives that make complex analysis clear and persuasive to different audiences, using AI tools to produce sharper, tailored insights faster. Serve as a trusted analytical partner to stakeholders, turning business questions into structured analyses and clear answers. Engage marketing teams across regions by sharing interpretation, building relationships, and contributing to the analytics community of practice. Delivery & Prioritization Prioritize and coordinate the team’s insights work in line with departmental strategic priorities, continually looking for ways to leverage new technology to work smarter and deliver more efficiently. Communicate clearly with stakeholders on scope and timing, setting expectations and keeping them informed as work progresses. Partner closely with the BI team to translate business questions into clear analytical requirements, align on the right data sources and methods, and co-own delivery where work spans both teams. Standards & Measurement Apply and maintain the measurement frameworks and metric definitions that keep analytics consistent across global and regional teams. Support adoption of analytics standards across regional teams, serving as a first point of contact for measurement questions. Innovation & Ways of Working Bring an eye for innovation to how the team works — evaluating AI tools and new approaches, identifying high-value applications, and adopting the ones that help CBRE gain efficiencies. L eadership & Development Mentor and develop a marketing analyst, strengthening the team’s capability in interpretation, data storytelling, quality control, stakeholder communication, and the practical use of AI. What You’ll Need 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a related analytical field; experience in a B2B organization strongly preferred. Exceptional data storytelling — the ability to interpret complex marketing data and turn it into clear, compelling, and persuasive insight for senior, non-technical audiences. Strong commercial fluency — a working understanding of how marketing drives the business, including campaigns, funnels, pipeline, and attribution — so that analysis is grounded in business relevance. A solid grasp of how metrics and measurement frameworks are defined and maintained. Hands-on data analysis and visualization skills, with the ability to work directly with data and build clear, compelling visuals to support the story; proficiency in Tableau or Power BI preferred. Sufficient technical depth to validate and challenge analyses produced by others, identify potential data-quality issues or flawed assumptions, and recognize when results do not hold up. Some experience managing or coordinating analytical work, with the ability to guide and develop a junior analyst. Comfort using and experimenting with AI tools, with the judgment to apply them responsibly to analysis, reporting, data storytelling, and team workflows. Familiarity with the digital marketing stack a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Consent Management Platform). Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders across a global organization. Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Singapore alone has 5,920 of them. India has 3,543. The US has 2,443. If you're looking at a marketing role, geography matters: check WorkMundi's location filters to see which regions match your visa status and timezone. Don't apply everywhere; apply where you can actually work.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
