NetSuite Implementation Consultant

Role Description This NetSuite Implementation Consultant role is a remote position based out of South Florida. The consultant will lead and support end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Daily activities include meeting with stakeholders to understand business processes, translating requirements into NetSuite functionality, and coordinating with internal and client teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves preparing documentation, training end users, troubleshooting system issues, and recommending improvements and best practices. The consultant will manage timelines, communicate project status, and help optimize the use of NetSuite to meet client business objectives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess business processes, interpret data, and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Candidates should possess Consulting and Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and present solutions clearly and professionally. Candidates should possess Software Implementation and Project Implementation experience, including configuring ERP systems, managing project phases, and supporting go-live and post-implementation stabilization. Experience with NetSuite or similar cloud-based ERP platforms, including configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations, is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Orlando, FL, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing client needs. Relevant certifications in NetSuite or project management (e.g., NetSuite certifications, PMP, Agile) are a plus.
