Essa pessoa atuará em colaboração com equipes multifuncionais abrangendo áreas de Operações, Tributário, Contabilidade e Tecnologia, apoiando na configuração e teste de novos nós logísticos da Amazon no Brasil. Key job responsibilities O Principal Desafio Desta Posição é Manter Múltiplas Frentes Em Paralelo (vários Nós Simultâneos) Com Disciplina De Follow-up, Garantindo Que Cada Etapa Avance Dentro Do Prazo. As Atividades Incluem Solicitar e acompanhar a configuração de novos nós logísticos junto aos times técnicos, garantindo que toda a documentação necessária (CNPJ, IE, IM) esteja correta antes da submissão. Apoiar a definição da estratégia de testes com os times de compliance e tecnologia. Executar testes de aceitação de usuários (UAT), incluindo a coordenação com fornecedores para disponibilização de produtos-teste e coordenação com equipes de inbound para transferência. Realizar troubleshooting de problemas identificados durante os testes. Reportar progresso dos testes periodicamente. Registrar resultados e formalizar aceitação de cada stakeholder. A day in the life O analista começa o dia revisando o status de cada node sob sua responsabilidade — verificando se há pendências de configuração, tickets abertos ou respostas de stakeholders. Em seguida, segue o plano de testes do dia: executa SOPs de recebimento e processamento de produtos nos nodes, registra evidências e atualiza o tracker de progresso.
