HR Specialist $70,000-$75,000 | Full-Time | Onsite | Greater Boston Are you an HR Coordinator or HR Specialist with Workday experience who is ready for the next step in your career? You'll initially take ownership of key HR operations, systems and employee data while playing an important role in the company's upcoming Workday implementation. Clear growth path to HR Generalist Opportunity to expand into employee relations and recruiting Play a key role in an upcoming Workday implementation Join an extremely stable, long-established organization $75,000 salary Located just outside Boston in the Dedham / Needham / West Roxbury area No downtown Boston commute Easy onsite parking Casual, collaborative work environment Opportunity to make an impact in a smaller HR team where you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of HR What You'll Do Support and maintain HRIS and employee data Process new hires, terminations and employee changes Assist with HR reporting and data management Play an active role in the company's transition to Workday Support benefits and compensation administration Maintain employee files and records Assist employees with HR-related questions Support leave administration and other employee programs Assist with HR compliance and company policies Support recruiting, interview coordination, offer letters and onboarding Take on additional HR projects and responsibilities as you grow Develop toward increased responsibility for employee relations and recruiting What We're Looking For 2–4 years of Human Resources experience Experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist or similar HR position Hands-on Workday experience Strong comfort with HR systems, data and reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable supporting employees at all levels Flexible and adaptable approach Interest in growing into a broader HR Generalist role Bachelor's degree preferred Nice to Have Benefits administration experience Experience within manufacturing or a similar employee environment Bilingual Vietnamese skills are a plus, but not required The Environment Our client is a highly stable, established organization operating within a mix of technology and manufacturing.
