Job Overview – IT Support Specialist (Automotive Dealership Technology) Please Note: Candidates must have prior hands-on experience supporting Reynolds & Reynolds DMS . Candidates without Reynolds & Reynolds experience will not be considered. Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist / Microsoft 365 Administrator to support automotive dealership operations through a combination of technical support, systems administration, and dealership technology expertise. This role serves as a key resource for maintaining and optimizing the technology platforms that drive daily business operations, with a strong emphasis on Reynolds & Reynolds , Microsoft 365, and endpoint management. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of dealership technology knowledge and enterprise IT support experience, including troubleshooting complex technical issues, administering Microsoft 365 environments, managing devices and user access, and supporting dealership personnel across multiple systems and platforms. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for dealership employees and business-critical systems. Administer and support Reynolds & Reynolds DMS , including troubleshooting, user support, training, and system integration. Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user administration. Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and endpoint management solutions. Support networking infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and overall system performance. Provision and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and cloud-based technology issues. Provide end-user training and guidance to improve technology adoption and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system reliability, security, and productivity. What We're Looking For Previous experience supporting Reynolds & Reynolds DMS in an automotive dealership environment. Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPNs, endpoint management, and cloud technologies. Ability to support users across multiple technical skill levels. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Experience supporting automotive dealership operations and dealership technology ecosystems. Why Join?
