Solution Design : Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. Code Review & Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices for low-code development. Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, helping them enhance their skills in OutSystems and ensuring project success. Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and client stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Technical Skills : Strong skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL , and integration of web services (SOAP/REST). Architecture & Design : Deep understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and best practices for low-code solutions. Agile Methodology : Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
