Job title: Business Process Analyst Location: Dublin, Ireland Type: Contract Duration: 12 months contract Summary In this role, you will support the creation, maintenance, and scaling of business case models and related value assets that demonstrate the impact of our solutions. You will partner with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate data, validate inputs, document updates, and support consistent processes across tools and systems. This role is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, highly organized, and motivated to improve operational efficiency in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain, validate, clean, and update data across multiple tools and systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Support documentation, formatting, and content updates for business case models, value assets, and related internal resources. Help ensure tools, templates, content, and methods remain relevant, current, and applicable across stakeholder use cases. Create clear findings summaries, QA notes, and stakeholder-ready recommendations. Collaborate with team members to support the creation and maintenance of qualitative and quantitative content within the business case framework. Identify process inefficiencies and draft basic proposals to streamline data creation, validation, and management workflows. Support ad hoc analytical, research, ROI, and financial modeling requests. Skills: 2+ years of experience in a finance or business discipline where working with numbers is core (eg: business operations, accounting, banking) Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and data quality. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, formatting) Understanding of basic finance and accounting principles Solid communication skills and ability to work with team members in a global environment across time zones (primarily US time zone) Experience in enterprise software industry is a plus, but not required Ability to automate portions of data management process is a plus, but not required Education : Bachelor's degree preferably in an analytical field (eg: Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering) Please apply!
