Employment Type - W2 ONLY 5+ years of professional Business Analysis experience , preferably as the primary or sole BA on complex projects. Experience supporting high-risk, high-visibility initiatives with executive-level stakeholders . Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines and principles. Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices. Strong experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , including: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Visio Intermediate knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines. Intermediate knowledge of change management principles and practices. Intermediate knowledge of healthcare and/or research operations, processes, and systems.
