We currently support CASALUXE Realty , a fast-growing real estate company in the United States focused on attracting and developing high-performing Realtors. 🔗 https://www.casaluxerealty.com/ Position Summary We are looking for a highly experienced, aggressive Senior Sales Representative with a proven background in cold calling the U.S. market . This is a 100% remote role from anywhere in Colombia , strongly performance-driven, offering competitive uncapped commissions (NO CAP) . Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound cold calls to Realtors across the United States. Clearly and persuasively present CASALUXE’s value proposition. Qualify prospects and manage the full sales pipeline. Close agreements with Realtors to join the company. Perform consistent follow-ups to drive conversions. Meet and exceed monthly performance targets. Accurately track all activities and results in the CRM. Work independently with a strong results-oriented mindset. Requirements 4–5+ years of proven sales experience (B2B or B2C), ideally targeting the U.S. market. Strong experience with cold calling (not inbound sales). Demonstrated history of closing deals and hitting aggressive targets . Advanced English level (C1 or higher) – spoken and written. Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Hunter mentality, resilience, and high drive for results. Previous experience in real estate or commercial recruiting is a plus (not required). Ability to work remotely with discipline and autonomy.
