We are looking for (1) Tech Lead Java to join a long-term international project, leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications in a global Financial Services environment. Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Java software development and technical leadership. • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. • Experience with AWS Cloud. • Experience designing scalable and high-performance applications. • Strong understanding of distributed systems and enterprise software architecture. • Experience leading distributed or global engineering teams. • Hands-on experience with coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical decision-making. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Advanced English (C1/C2). (Mandatory) Nice to Have: • Financial Services industry experience. • Wealth Management or Asset Management experience. • Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Prompt Engineering. • Java, AWS, Spring Framework, or Microservices certifications. Conditions: • Hybrid – São Paulo, Brazil • Only candidates already based in São Paulo will be considered. • Contract Type: Contractor.
