Senior Technical Analyst

Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting or developing enterprise applications. Hands-on experience with MOVEit or equivalent SFTP/file-transfer platforms, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automated file transfers. Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting and RCA skills across applications, networks, file transfers, and technical environments. Experience with application monitoring, alert management, incident management, and production support. Strong knowledge of ITSM/ServiceNow, SDLC, IT operations, and enterprise application support processes. Experience supporting monolithic, distributed, and microservices-based applications, with solid Object-Oriented Design and Development knowledge. Familiarity with AWS, Amazon EKS, and Lambda expressions. Strong communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to work with end users, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to urgent production issues, and provide 24x7 on-call support as scheduled. Strong documentation, problem-solving, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Demonstrated interest in process improvement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies in evolving environments.
