Your Role As a Customer Service Representative , you will play a main role in ensuring excellent customer service on a professional level. From managing customer orders to overseeing the order-to-cash process, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service team at Billerud in Solna. Responsibilities Provide end-to-end customer service, from order placement to delivery and invoicing. Ensure the smooth flow of the order process. Coordinate inventory planning and domestic delivery from external terminals. Handle claims, export documents, and goods inspections to support customer import processes. Qualifications Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer-related position. Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Good knowledge in working within different IT-systems. Bachelor’s degree of Science/Business Administration. Nice To Have Fluency in other languages. Experience of supply chain or/and logistics. Personal qualities To thrive in this position, you should have a strong drive to evolve within the area of customer service and possess a proactive, problem-solving mentality. Your motivation to learn, take initiative, and build relationships with a service-oriented attitude will be key.
