Application Support Specialist

CAGC is a 100-year-old trade association based in Charlotte, NC and the largest construction industry association serving both North and South Carolina. We are seeking a Application Support Specialist to own and support our Association Management System and related business platforms. This is a full-time role ideal for a systems-minded professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and smooth day-to-day operations across teams. You will work closely with Membership, Accounting, Events, and Leadership, without being embedded in any one department. In this role, you will: • Be the internal expert and owner of CAGC’s core business systems • Design reports that leadership and staff rely on for decision-making • Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and well-governed • Support major system implementations and improvements • Help staff use systems confidently and correctly We are looking for someone who: • Enjoys working with technology and learning new systems • Has a strong eye for detail and data accuracy • Can explain system concepts to non-technical users • Is organized, dependable, and self-directed • Takes pride in being a trusted internal resource CAGC offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment, competitive compensation, and one of the most robust benefits packages of any organization in the region.
