Job Description: The DevOps Engineer serves as the technical lead for complex technology implementations within a product-centric environment. This role bridges the gap between development and operations teams by fostering a shared culture, implementing modern DevOps practices, and providing developers with the tools and platforms necessary to deliver high-quality solutions. The engineer is responsible for ensuring system performance, scalability, reliability, and availability across cloud and enterprise platforms. Responsibilities: Building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce, Azure, AWS, databases, document systems, and other enterprise applications. Developing APIs and serverless applications using Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and related cloud services. Automating deployments so code can move safely from development to test, UAT, and production environments. Troubleshooting production issues when applications, integrations, or cloud services fail. Designing cloud solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Working with Salesforce developers and business teams to implement new features and business processes. Managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub and Azure DevOps. Implementing security controls such as OAuth, JWT authentication, secrets management, and identity management. Building AI-enabled document processing solutions using Azure AI services for OCR, text extraction, and automated document handling. Monitoring applications and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Must Have Skills : 7 years of experience supporting complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment. 3+ years Salesforce development 3+ years Azure and/or AWS cloud development 3+ years API and integration development 3+ years DevOps/CI-CD experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
