We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, optimization, and support of critical backend systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building enterprise-grade applications in Python, strong expertise in relational databases, and a proven track record of troubleshooting complex distributed environments. 📍 Location: 100% Remote (Spain-based candidates only) 🗣️ Language: Advanced English (C1) required 🔧 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python. Develop and manage database solutions using SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent tools. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in complex distributed systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions. Ensure software reliability, performance, security, and maintainability. Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. 🛠️ Key Requirements Mandatory Skills 7+ years of professional experience with Python. Strong experience with relational databases: SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Or equivalent platforms Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed systems. Advanced English level ( C1 ). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Nice to Have Java and Spring Boot (microservices development). Financial services domain knowledge: Trading / Market Risk / FRTB / IMA Integration middleware experience: TIBCO / MQ / Kafka Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP Docker and Kubernetes. Scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys).
