Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced Script Writer to craft engaging, concise, and impactful scripts for our microdrama series. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling within short formats, a strong ability to craft compelling hooks that immediately grab viewers’ attention, and the skill to develop engaging dialogue and characters that captivate audiences in a limited timeframe. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the creative team to develop story ideas, themes, and episode concepts. - Write scripts for short-form microdramas (typically 2-5 minutes per episode) that are engaging, coherent, and emotionally impactful. - Develop well-rounded characters and compelling story arcs within tight time constraints. - Incorporate feedback from producers and directors to refine scripts. - Ensure scripts align with the series’ tone, style, and target audience. - Meet deadlines consistently to maintain production schedules. Qualifications: - Proven experience in scriptwriting for short-form content, microdramas, or related media. - Strong storytelling and narrative development skills. - Excellent command of Hindi language, dialogue, and pacing. - Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback. - Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas. - Knowledge of current trends in digital content and micro-dramas.
