Role Description The Delivery Driver role at Beergang is a full-time, on-site position based out of Paramount, CA. In this role, the driver loads, transports, and delivers beverage orders to customers, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and safe handling of all products. Typical day-to-day tasks include checking delivery documents, inspecting vehicles for basic safety, following assigned routes and schedules, and assisting with loading and unloading as needed. The Delivery Driver interacts with customers at delivery locations, provides professional and courteous service, and collects signatures according to company procedures. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle, following all traffic and safety regulations, and communicating with dispatch or supervisors about any delivery issues, delays, or returns. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with a wide range of customers. Experience or familiarity with Forklift Operation or other material handling equipment, with an emphasis on safe loading and unloading of products is a plus. Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, including learning company procedures, safety protocols, and product handling standards. Background or exposure to Sales and Food & Beverage environments, supporting product knowledge and effective communication with customers and staff is a plus but not required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company and legal driving requirements. Ability to lift and move beverage products and kegs safely, and to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Dependable time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow routing instructions and delivery procedures. Willingness to start and end your day on-site in Paramount, CA, including early mornings. Your shift will be 4 10 hour days - Tues-Friday.
