Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Douala V. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, welcoming visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars for team members and leadership. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing documents, managing correspondence, supporting meetings through note-taking and logistical arrangements, and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital). The role also involves assisting with basic data entry, tracking office supplies, coordinating with vendors when needed, and providing executive administrative support to leadership to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with colleagues and management to deliver accurate, efficient administrative support. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations, documentation, and daily workflows. Candidates should possess effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, greet visitors, and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership with scheduling, meeting preparation, and confidential administrative tasks. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications (such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets) and comfortable use of office equipment. Candidates should exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Candidates should be able to work on-site in Douala V, collaborate effectively with team members, and uphold a professional, respectful workplace environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification in office administration or a related field is an advantage. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates with relevant skills.
