Sales Representative Salary: ₦100,000 monthly + Commission Experience: 2+ years in Sales Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and increase orders for our bar and hospitality business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating orders and coordinating the delivery of customer purchases. Respond to customer enquiries and assist customers with their orders. Generate new sales and encourage repeat orders. Receive and accurately communicate customer orders to the business. Coordinate with the pickup station when orders are ready. Collect customer orders from the designated pickup point. Deliver orders to customers and confirm successful delivery. Maintain regular communication with existing customers. Keep accurate records of sales and customer orders. Meet agreed sales targets. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities. Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or a similar customer-facing position . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Confident and comfortable speaking with new and existing customers. Good organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Familiarity with the local area. Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using WhatsApp. Must have reliable transportation for customer order deliveries. Previous experience in hospitality, beverages, nightlife, restaurants or related industries is an advantage. Compensation ₦100,000 monthly salary + commission based on sales performance.
