About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and play an important role in delivering an excellent experience to our customers. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, international colleagues, agents, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, coordinating with different teams, and working in a dynamic international environment. What You’ll Be Doing Manage customer bookings and follow up to ensure smooth and timely handling Coordinate with internal teams and international colleagues to support the end-to-end transport process Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, agents, and suppliers Support invoicing and ensure customer and operational documentation is accurate and complete Address customer concerns and help resolve issues efficiently Monitor customer service activities and ensure any irregularities are identified and acted upon Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service goals Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and the overall customer experience What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, proactive, and eager to learn. You’ll be a great fit if you have: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, logistics, shipping, or a similar environment Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or working with a carrier is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar applications A collaborative and team-oriented mindset A solution-focused approach when dealing with challenges The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment English business level in both speaking and writing Why Join Us?
