Job Description The Territory Manager-Sales (Projects) will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and increasing sales in the specified territory. This role requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively manage and develop sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure the successful implementation of projects. Responsibilities Manage and develop sales strategies for the assigned territory, focusing on electrical switchgear and Legrand products. Identify and target potential clients, and build a strong network of business relationships. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of Legrand's products. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the management team. Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities, and provide insights to the company. Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and expand our network. Qualifications A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical switchgear sales, with a proven track record. In-depth knowledge of Legrand's products and a strong understanding of the industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong negotiation and sales closure skills, with a results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools is preferred. A valid driving license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is desirable. Previous experience in project sales or working with Legrand products is an advantage. A proactive and customer-centric mindset, with a passion for sales and business development.
