About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Data Scientist specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models and AI solutions tailored for regulated financial environments. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation through agentic workflows and generative AI systems, ensuring that all solutions adhere to strict financial regulations and governance standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and compliance, to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Additionally, mentoring junior data scientists and engineers will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
