Submit your application for the opportunity below: Employee Relations Consultant- Human Resources Job Summary And Qualifications We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Employee Relations Consultant to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring the consistent application of policies and employment practices. You will play a key role in resolving employee concerns, conducting workplace investigations, supporting leaders through complex situations, and promoting employee engagement across the organization. What You'll Do Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation. Conduct impartial workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions. Partner with HR and operational leaders to address employee concerns and support a positive employee experience. Assist with corrective action processes and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations to improve workplace culture and engagement. Support initiatives that promote inclusion, accountability, respect, and workforce stability. Serve as a resource for employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, required. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related HR role. Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, workplace investigations, performance management, and employment law. Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization. HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred.
