Position: Data Analyst Location: Brentwood, TN 37027 Work Environment: Hybrid (onsite 3 days per week) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Position Summary The Data Analyst will support finance and operations teams by analyzing large data sets, building reports, reviewing financial and operational KPIs, and identifying opportunities to reduce margin erosion. This role partners with field leadership, district managers, VPs, and finance stakeholders to interpret data and provide actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities Analyze large financial and operational data sets to identify trends and business insights. Review KPIs, financial statements, and operational performance metrics. Develop reports and support ad hoc reporting requests. Partner with field leadership, district managers, VPs, and operations stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and reduce margin erosion. Communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders. Support dashboard development and reporting initiatives where applicable. Required Qualifications Strong financial analysis experience. Ability to analyze KPIs, financial statements, and operational data. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Large data set manipulation Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills. Ability to work independently and operate as a self-starter. Preferred experience level: 3-5 years. Preferred Qualifications SQL experience Power BI experience Dashboard creation Ad hoc reporting experience Python experience Experience linking data from multiple systems NetSuite or ERP reporting experience FP&A background Data engineering exposure Experience identifying margin erosion or operational improvement opportunities Compensation Compensation: $80,000-90,000 annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
