LHH is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Coordinator to join their team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting payroll operations, employee onboarding, recruiting efforts, and day-to-day HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience. What You'll Do Support payroll processing, including audits, wage calculations, overtime, bonuses, and employee pay adjustments. Maintain employee records and HRIS data, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Assist employees with payroll and HR-related questions. Coordinate onboarding activities, including employment documentation and new hire paperwork. Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR documentation. Support HR projects, compliance efforts, audits, and process improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience supporting HR and payroll functions. Experience working with HRIS platforms; Dayforce experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of payroll processing, onboarding, employee records management, and recruiting best practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting HR and payroll in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Familiarity with federal and state payroll and employment regulations. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Why Apply?
