Responsibilities: Lead efforts to optimize and stabilize an ongoing ADP implementation. Troubleshoot payroll system issues, reporting challenges, and manual workarounds. Manage payroll processing in a complex environment with multiple programs, pay rates, and overtime structures. Review payroll tax compliance, year-end reporting, and W-2 processes. Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Partner with leadership to assess payroll operations and support continued organizational growth. Qualifications: Extensive payroll experience in a complex, multi-state or multi-entity environment. Strong ADP Workforce Now experience required. Experience with payroll implementations, system optimization, or process improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance, reporting, and year-end payroll processes. Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and improve workflows. Sage experience preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
