UKG Pro Reporting Analyst

Job Title: UKG Pro Reporting Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro Reporting Analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics within the UKG HCM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong UKG reporting, HR/Payroll data analysis, and stakeholder management experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain UKG Pro standard/custom reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports . Gather reporting requirements from HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business teams . Develop reporting logic, calculated fields, data models, and reporting solutions. Perform data validation, reconciliation, audits, and troubleshooting . Support UKG upgrades, implementations, testing, and enhancements. Create documentation, SOPs, and user guides. Provide end-user training and reporting support. Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders. Identify reporting/process improvements and ensure data accuracy. Required Skills 5+ years of UKG Pro reporting experience . Strong experience with UKG standard/custom reports, Data Views, and dashboards . Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Time Management, and Workforce Management . Strong SQL, Excel, data validation, and reconciliation skills. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
