Analyst, Family Services Position Summary The Analyst serves as the primary resource for financial analysis, reporting, and planning support, transforming complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations while supporting financial reporting, cash flow planning, charitable giving administration, insurance coordination, and asset management activities. Key Responsibilities · Analyzes cash flow forecasting, reporting, and liquidity analysis across accounts, Addepar reporting and monthly financial packages, and provides data-driven insights and recommendations to support short- and long-term financial decision-making. · Conducts comprehensive audits and reconciliations across investment accounts, including private equity, direct investments, distributions, and real estate holdings, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and the timely identification and resolution of discrepancies and data quality issues. · Manages charitable giving and gifting programs by coordinating grant administration, reporting, asset transfers, unit tracking, and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution and alignment with family objectives. · Manages the administration of insurance and retirement programs, including life, personal lines, travel, group excess coverage, Medicare enrollment, and related retirement services, providing ongoing support and coordination to meet family needs. · Provides coordination and administrative support for personal asset transactions, family education initiatives, and estate planning implementation, ensuring effective execution and alignment with family objectives and governing documents. Qualifications Ø Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Ø 2–4+ years of experience in wealth management, family office, financial services, or related field. Ø Experience with financial reporting platforms (Addepar preferred). Ø Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ø High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ø Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information. Preferred Skills Ø Familiarity with private investments, real estate assets, and complex financial structures. Ø Experience working in a family office or high-net-worth environment. Ø Knowledge of insurance policies, estate planning basics, and philanthropic structures.
