The organization is committed to advancing industrial automation using artificial intelligence and machine learning. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Hempstead, TX. The Project Manager will oversee industrial automation and electrical projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Responsibilities include coordinating procurement and expediting of materials, managing logistics and delivery timelines, and working closely with engineering, construction, and production teams. The role involves monitoring quality and inspection activities, identifying and resolving risks or issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, project documentation, and support continuous improvement efforts in project execution and safety practices. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material procurement, vendor follow-up, and delivery tracking. Logistics Management skills to oversee transportation, warehousing, and on-time delivery of equipment and materials. Inspection skills to support quality control, verify compliance with specifications, and document findings. Experience in industrial electrical, automation, or construction environments. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple concurrent projects. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
