Script Writer

Role Description The Script Writer is a full-time role responsible for developing scripts and narrative concepts for a variety of content projects in the hospitality niche . The Script Writer will craft storylines, dialogues, and voiceovers that align with client objectives and the studio’s creative standards. Day-to-day work includes brainstorming ideas, outlining structures, writing and revising scripts, adapting content for different formats and platforms, and collaborating during pre-production and post-production stages. This is a hybrid (choice based) role based in Srinagar, with the flexibility to work remotely or at the studio. We are looking for someone who can actually write scripts for our content production that’ll provide meaningful results for our clients. The pay is going to be per-approved script rather than a traditional salary i.e everytime the Script Writer’s work gets approved by the team, they get paid as per agreed terms. Qualifications Strong scriptwriting skills, including experience with scripting for digital content and branded storytelling. Ability to develop and structure screenplays or scripted narratives for video, social media, and other digital formats. Experience collaborating on video production, working closely with directors, editors, and creative teams. Excellent writing skills with a clear, engaging style and attention to tone, audience, and brand voice. Proficiency in researching topics, audiences, and trends to inform compelling script concepts. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Srinagar, including in-studio collaboration and remote work as needed. Prior experience in a creative agency, production house, or similar environment is preferred. Relevant education in Film, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
