Position Overview: The Associate, Human Resources, plays a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the HR function across various operational processes. This role covers recruitment support, onboarding, HR engagement and culture events as well as other HR administration work. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting Support: Coordinate the new hire communication process with recruiters and hiring managers Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Ensure a positive first day experience for new hires, office tour and Day 1 HR onboarding such as I-9 verification and benefits introduction. New hire experience follow through from day 1 to first 3 months. Data analytics on open roles, filling rate and recruiter performance on a weekly basis Maintain data consistency across tracking platforms, including LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other relevant tools. Employer Branding Build and manage the company’s presence on career platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc. ) Primarily on LinkedIn and make posting at minimum twice a week Data analytics on LinkedIn and other employment platforms to propose branding ideas. Collaborate with internal communications and marketing to ensure consistent messaging. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to benchmark employer branding practices. HR Culture and Events: Implement strategies to foster a positive, engaging, and values-driven company culture. Support company-wide events (town halls, celebrations, offsites, team-building activities, cultural programs, etc.). Partner with leadership and HR to promote core values and embed them into daily work practices. Develop recognition and appreciation programs that celebrate employee contributions. Newsletter management and MACHR announcement management HR Administrative Task Invoice and payment management Vendor setup and process support Other HR Reports when needed Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). 2-3 years of experience in related HR activity. Understand applicant tracking systems, like TraKstar and Success Factor. Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail. Strong project management skills and experience in process improvement initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
