HR Data Reporting Analyst

Client is seeking an experienced iCIMS Reporting & Analytics Analyst to lead the design, development, standardization, and deployment of recruiting reports and dashboards across our Global Talent Acquisition organization. This individual will partner with Talent Acquisition leaders supporting Corporate, Bangalore, and Store recruiting teams to inventory reporting needs, prioritize work, build scalable reporting solutions within iCIMS, and establish reporting governance that improves consistency, adoption, and decision-making. The ideal candidate is an advanced iCIMS reporting expert with a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics and recruiting operations. They should be comfortable translating business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and ease of use. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of HRIS or Talent Acquisition reporting experience 3+ years of advanced iCIMS reporting experience Demonstrated experience building complex reports and dashboards in iCIMS Experience gathering business requirements from non-technical stakeholders Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition operations and recruiting workflows Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise Talent Acquisition organizations Experience supporting high-volume retail recruiting Experience with global recruiting operations Experience working with offshore recruiting teams Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms Knowledge of recruiting KPIs and workforce analytics Experience documenting reporting governance and standards Technical Skills Advanced iCIMS Reporting iCIMS Dashboards Report Writer Data Validation Excel (Advanced) Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Power Query (Preferred) Power BI (Preferred) Dashboard Design Data Analysis Business Requirements Gathering
