Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Dados Comerciais para atuar no time administrativo/comercial, com foco em relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de performance. A pessoa será responsável por transformar dados em informações claras, apoiando a gestão e a equipe de vendas na tomada de decisão. Responsabilidades Criar e atualizar relatórios de performance comercial em Excel e Power BI. Desenvolver dashboards para acompanhamento de metas, vendas e indicadores. Analisar dados comerciais, identificar inconsistências e propor melhorias. Automatizar tarefas rotineiras em Excel (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, gráficos). Realizar o cálculo e controle da remuneração variável do time de vendas, com base em resultados e metas comerciais. Montar e organizar reuniões de resultados, consolidando dados e materiais de apoio à gestão. Apoiar o time de vendas e gestão com informações e análises sob demanda. Requisitos Experiência prévia em funções administrativas ou comerciais com foco em relatórios. Excel intermediário/avançado (PROCV, SOMASES, CONT.SES, tabelas dinâmicas, gráficos). Power BI básico/intermediário (conexão de fontes simples, relatórios, medidas básicas em DAX). Conhecimento em Power Query será considerado um diferencial. Capacidade analítica, atenção a detalhes e boa comunicação.
