Position Overview The opening is for an xApps Application Senior Mobile Developer responsible for the development, enhancement, and support of the VitalEdge (e-Emphasys) mobile application suite across Android and iOS platforms. The role involves delivering scalable mobile solutions, ensuring seamless integration with internal enterprise applications, and providing ongoing production support. The incumbent will be accountable for meeting defined SLAs, driving issue resolution, and maintaining application performance, reliability, and security. Working closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, the candidate will contribute to the successful delivery and continuous improvement of business-critical mobile applications. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance VitalEdge (e-Emphasys) mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms, ensuring high performance, reliability, and user experience. Collaborate with product, support, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver mobile solutions and ensure seamless integration with internal enterprise applications and third-party services. Monitor application health, investigate crashes, performance issues, and customer-reported defects, and implement preventive and corrective measures. Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile application features following established architecture and development standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage escalations, support releases, and resolve complex technical issues. Perform code reviews, promote development best practices, and mentor junior developers to improve overall team capability and code quality. Contribute to application deployment, release management, CI/CD processes, and compliance with mobile platform requirements. Identify recurring issues and proactively implement automation, process improvements, and permanent solutions to enhance application stability and support efficiency Required Skills & Education 8+ years of professional experience in mobile application development (Android and iOS). Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Swift. Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Jetpack Compose and/or SwiftUI. Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns including MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture. Experience integrating REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and networking libraries. Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming using Kotlin Coroutines/Flow and/or Swift Concurrency (Async/Await), Combine. Experience with local data storage solutions such as Room, SQLite, Core Data, or DataStore. Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt/Dagger. Experience writing unit, integration, and UI/instrumentation tests. Experience with application deployment and release management through Google Play Console and/or Apple App Store Connect (ABM and Google Private Play Store).
