Human Resources Generalist

We're seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, investigations, payroll, benefits administration, training, and HR compliance. This role serves as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, helping create a positive workplace culture while ensuring consistent application of company policies and employment practices. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Partner with managers on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies Conduct and support employee relations investigations and provide guidance on policy application Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records Administer benefits, leave of absence, and related HR programs Support compliance with employment laws and company policies Coordinate employee training, communications, and HR initiatives Generate HR reports and maintain HRIS data Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of Human Resources experience Experience with employee relations, investigations, and recruitment Knowledge of employment laws, payroll, benefits, and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SHRM or HRCI certification preferred Equal Opportunity Employer: We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees and maintaining an inclusive workplace.
