The Amazon Logistics team is looking for a Facilities person to join the AMZL Brazil team at our Delivery Station in the Osasco/SP region. Key job responsibilities An Facilities Analyst on Amazon oversees the maintenance and services on the site. This role will coordinate and monitor the on-site technical team, ensuring all third-party service providers are supervised during their activities at all times ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Schedule, track, and follow up on maintenance and facility services to ensure timely completion and compliance with operational standards. Centralize all material purchase requests in the designated system, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and cost efficiency. A day in the life Align priorities with the leadership and confirm the daily vendor schedule. Supervise third-party service providers on-site and process material purchase requests in the procurement system. Inspect & audit common areas, check vending/coffee machines, and coordinate corrective actions with vendors/ janitors/maintenance team.
