Technical Lead Manager

The position At Data Bene, we are expanding our team and recruiting a PostgreSQL Technical Lead Manager ! Your mission As a Lead Manager, you will have managerial responsibility for a team of PostgreSQL DBA Consultants, spread across the entire French territory as well as internationally. Alongside the rest of our support team, your responsibilities will include daily management of the team, task distribution and monitoring of objectives, support for consultants’ careers, participation in recruitment, & technical support for contracts and PostgreSQL-related projects. You are made for this position if… You have ten years of experience as a PostgreSQL Consultant, as well as a minimum of 3 years working in a managerial role. You also should have a mastery over Linux, SQL, PL/PGSQL, & bash, with ideally some experience using C. You are fluent in English.
