Technical Program Manager (TPM) at BairesDev As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. You will act as the primary link across multiple teams to navigate dependencies and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients. What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical programs by defining project scope, milestones, and success criteria. Coordinate across various engineering and product teams to manage inter-team collaboration and track complex dependencies. Identify and mitigate technical risks and blockers to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet organizational goals. Communicate program progress and technical requirements effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Establish and implement standardized project management frameworks and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or project management for technical delivery. Proven expertise in managing complex projects and technical delivery across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in using Jira and other project management methodologies for dependency tracking. Strong ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate technical requirements effectively. Advanced proficiency in English.
