Senior L&D Designer at BairesDev As a Senior L&D Designer, you will lead the creation of high-impact training programs that align with organizational goals. You will drive the end-to-end development of educational content, ensuring that every module delivers measurable results and supports long-term professional growth. What You'll Do Architect and develop comprehensive training manuals and interactive online learning modules. Design structured, role-based learning paths to guide employee development and organizational growth. Utilize e-learning authoring tools to create engaging and accessible instructional materials. Conduct thorough analyses of business objectives to identify and address critical skills gaps. Implement robust measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives. Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of educational content. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. Proven expertise in instructional design and creating comprehensive training programs. Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate and Storyline. Hands-on experience in measuring training effectiveness and optimizing educational outcomes. Advanced proficiency in English.
