Project Manager (Agile) at BairesDev As a Project Manager (Agile), you will lead technology projects in a remote setting, ensuring that delivery is effectively aligned with organizational goals. You will orchestrate the software development lifecycle by planning progress and coordinating processes to ensure high-performance execution. What You'll Do Lead large and complex software projects from intake to completion while fostering an inclusive team culture. Facilitate critical Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews, to keep teams informed and aligned. Manage the product backlog by prioritizing tasks based on value and stakeholder needs to optimize resource utilization. Monitor project health and progress through velocity tracking and reporting to ensure timely delivery. Identify and mitigate risks and blockers to drive continuous improvement and process enhancement. Collaborate with stakeholders to define shared value and ensure project requirements are met through effective communication. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Agile Delivery roles. Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum or Kanban teams and managing sprint ceremonies. Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management, velocity tracking, and reporting. Strong background in removing blockers and driving continuous improvement through retrospectives.
