Headless Commerce Developer at BairesDev As a Headless Commerce Developer, you will architect and implement decoupled storefront solutions that provide superior flexibility and performance. You will be responsible for separating the presentation layer from backend logic to create seamless, high-speed shopping experiences across multiple digital touchpoints. What You'll Do Design and develop custom Shopify storefronts using Hydrogen to enable headless commerce capabilities. Build and maintain high-performance themes and complex liquid logic tailored to unique brand requirements. Create and integrate custom Shopify Apps using Node.js or Ruby to extend platform functionality. Develop API-driven integrations that connect the commerce engine with modern frontend frameworks and third-party services. Optimize storefront performance and SEO by leveraging decoupled architectures and efficient data fetching patterns. Collaborate with design and product teams to translate creative visions into interactive, scalable e-commerce reality. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce Development or Software Engineering. Proven expertise in Shopify theme development and Liquid. Proficiency in building Shopify Apps using Node.js or Ruby. Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Hydrogen for headless commerce.
