Role Description The Executive Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panama City. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end executive search processes, including defining role requirements with clients, building targeted search strategies, and sourcing high-impact candidates through direct outreach, networking, and market research. Day-to-day activities include conducting candidate screenings and in-depth interviews, preparing candidate profiles, coordinating client interviews, and advising both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. The Executive Recruiter will maintain accurate pipelines and records in talent management systems, provide regular status updates to clients, and support offer negotiation and closing. This position also contributes to business development by nurturing client relationships and staying informed about market trends and talent movements. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in executive recruiting, headhunting, or talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and placing high-performing professionals. Strong skills in candidate research, market mapping, and outreach, including the ability to identify and engage passive candidates. Proficiency in conducting structured interviews, assessing leadership potential, and presenting candidate recommendations clearly and objectively. Experience managing client relationships, clarifying role requirements, and advising hiring managers on talent strategy and selection. Ability to use applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and other recruiting tools to organize searches and maintain accurate data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information and senior-level candidates. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, balancing multiple searches and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in executive search. Prior experience recruiting for sales, operations, management, or client-facing roles is highly beneficial; experience in a headhunting or boutique search firm environment is a plus.
