Job Description Project/Program: Enterprise Data Warehouse and OMH projects as needed. Support the Data warehouse Informatica Powercenter ETL(Extract, Transform, Load) processes, Informatica administration, and redesign and implementation of current and future OMH projects. Day-to-day Tasks Analyze and translate patient health data business requirements into ETL code. This includes admission, discharge and day to day census records, financial, billing, human resource, payroll, Medicaid and Pharmacy data. Participate in Datawarehouse design and architecture planning, Using Kimball methodologies of Star schema design and Dimensional Data Modeling techniques. Collaborate with developers as a team lead in designing Informatica Powercenter ETL and database architecture using advanced data warehousing concepts. Extract and interpret Informatica Metadata repository data. Implement Fine Grain Access Control Audit (FGACA) to protect Health Care data such as Medicaid, Pharmacy, and HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI). Analyze and code complex UNIX scripts to validate and FTP files and monitor Informatica workflows. Perform Informatica Administration including installation, patching and deployment of Informatica ETL code across all platforms. Mandatory Qualifications IT Specialist – Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer. Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Requested Qualifications 84 Months Experience using Informatica Powercenter 10.5.x or higher and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud in a data warehouse environment including familiarity with advanced warehousing concepts, and design and development of complex mappings. 84 Months Experience with Informatica Powercenter Administration including Installation, Patching, Metadata analysis, ETL code migration, and repository optimization. 84 Months Experience analyzing and converting, heterogenous Health systems data, including admission, discharge, census, financial, billing, human resource, payroll, Medicaid and Pharmacy data into complex ETL code. 84 months Experience in relational data management disciplines and design and development using Oracle technologies including designing and implementing Oracle Virtual Private Database(VPD) and Oracle Fine grained Auditing (FGACA) in an Enterprise Data Warehouse environment to protect Health Care data such as Medicaid, Pharmacy, and HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI). 60 Months Experience working with UNIX and or LINUX Operating Systems. 60 Months Experience collaborating with developers as a team lead in designing Powercenter ETL and database architecture using advanced data warehousing concepts. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business intelligence, information science or related field.
