Customer Success Manager

🇧🇷 Chatfuel is expanding into Brazil, and we're looking for someone to help lead the way. About Chatfuel Chatfuel is an AI customer communication platform helping small and medium businesses automate conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram, and the web. We turn messages into bookings, sales, and support using no-code flows, AI agents, and built-in CRM tools. We're a remote-friendly, product-led team focused on Latin America and an official Meta partner. About the role You'll be the face of Chatfuel for Portuguese-speaking customers, working with both direct SMB clients and marketing agencies that manage Chatfuel for their own customers, with a strong focus on Brazil. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you'll help shape how Chatfuel enters and grows in the Brazilian market, not follow an existing playbook. You'll work hands-on with customers to help them get the most value from Chatfuel, implement AI-powered automation into their business processes, and make sure their feedback actually reaches our Product and Marketing teams. This is a key role for us: as our "voice of the customer" in Brazil, what you learn from real businesses directly feeds our product and marketing roadmap, not just a support function on the side. What you'll do Lead product demos and customer consultations Help customers implement Chatfuel, AI agents, chatbots, and automated messaging Get hands-on with the platform yourself so you can guide clients through technical setup: configuring flows, integrations, and automations, not just explaining concepts Help build and refine our Brazil go-to-market processes from scratch: onboarding flows, support playbooks, content, as one of the first people dedicated to this market Support the creation of educational content, training materials, YouTube videos, and our knowledge base Respond to customer questions and support our WhatsApp community Collaborate with Product and Marketing on experiments, new funnels, and product testing Collect customer feedback and help identify opportunities to improve the product What we're looking for Fluent Portuguese English at B2 level or higher Experience in customer service or technical support Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex things simply Technical aptitude: comfortable digging into a platform's settings and configuration to solve problems hands-on, not just at a conceptual level Interest in technology, AI, automation, marketing, and sales Understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys Comfortable working without a fixed playbook, happy to help design and iterate on processes as we build out a new market Willingness to learn, experiment, and take initiative Ability to work within Latin American time zones Familiarity with REST APIs is a plus, but not required What we offer $1,400-$1,600 USD, depending on experience Performance-based bonuses tied to successfully onboarded clients Remote work in an international team Hands-on experience with AI and automation technologies Training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth Hiring process Fill out the application.
