Oracle Developer Location: Remote Rate: DOE Top 3 Must-Have / Cut-off Skills: Oracle APEX Oracle PL/SQL Retail or WMS/Supply Chain experience Position Summary This position will work within the A&F Digital and Technology and business community to build and configure the Domestic Retail WMS application to meet the operational and functional requirements of the project. You will be responsible for analysis/design, estimating, coding, configuration, test case creation, testing, and maintaining application performance. You will also work with the A&F tech lead and extended team at key points in the Systems Development Life Cycle. Qualifications 4 Year degree in an IT related field. 3+ years of experience in development and support of Oracle APEX and PL/SQL applications Experience with development and support of Retail WMS applications, preferably RDM or Oracle Retail. Experience supporting custom development, Oracle package applications, and interfaces. Strong skills in SQL, APEX, PL/SQL, SQL Tuning, Oracle Forms, JSON, and Unix commands. Strong problem solving, analysis, design, and development skills. Experience in writing and interpreting both high level and detailed designs. Experience with relational database concepts and ability to read data models. Ability to navigate technical issues and evaluate risk. Experience with testing and project management tools, preferably Jira and Confluence. Experience with code management and pipeline tools, preferably GitLab Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of complex tasks and activities. Responsibilities Work with a team to develop changes to our Domestic Retail WMS application. Work with co-located and remote key team both near and offshore to design, build, and unit test the WMS application. Discuss and fundamentally understand business problems and speak to the team about technical designs and functionality. Develop APEX applications and PL/SQL programs with business logic based on business requirements, user stories, and/or tech designs. Document all code and designs, create code merge requests, and review deliverables with the team. Write test cases, document testing results, and provide testing support during the testing phases. Deliver quality code with minimal defects and quickly resolve defects that arise. Participate in team Agile ceremonies. Provide Go-Live Support during the warranty period. Ensure work meets functionality and quality expectations within given timelines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
