About the Role Yibi Precision is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and precision metal component manufacturing projects for global industrial and technology-driven clients. This role will work closely with engineering, tooling, production, quality, and commercial teams to support manufacturing feasibility review, sample development, process improvement, and mass production follow-up. We are looking for someone with a practical manufacturing mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and an interest in advanced precision manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Review customer drawings, technical requirements, product specifications, and tolerances for manufacturing feasibility. Support DFM review, sample development, trial production, and process validation for MIM and precision metal components. Work with tooling, production, and quality teams to identify process risks and improve manufacturing solutions. Support new product introduction from early technical evaluation to stable mass production. Analyze production issues and assist in improving process stability, product consistency, yield, and efficiency. Help optimize manufacturing processes related to materials, tooling, forming, sintering, machining, surface finishing, and quality control. Prepare and organize technical documents, process records, sample feedback, and project-related reports. Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements, delivery timelines, and technical problem-solving. Support continuous improvement activities related to quality, cost, delivery, and production efficiency. Qualifications What we are looking for Experience in manufacturing, precision metal components, MIM, CNC machining, powder metallurgy, tooling, automotive parts, electronics components, medical device components, or related industrial manufacturing fields. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, product specifications, tolerances, and basic manufacturing requirements. Familiarity with production processes, sample development, process improvement, quality control, or manufacturing problem-solving. Practical problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work with engineering, production, tooling, quality, and commercial teams. Willingness to learn MIM manufacturing processes and support projects from technical evaluation to mass production. Preferred but not required Experience with MIM, powder metallurgy, precision metal components, small metal parts, lock components, tool components, automotive components, electronics components, or medical device components. Experience in DFM review, sample validation, process optimization, new product introduction, or production ramp-up. Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 5S, or lean manufacturing is a plus. English communication ability is a plus, especially for international customer or cross-border project communication.
