Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Schwenksville, PA. This position supports daily office operations, including answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining organized electronic and paper files. The role involves assisting with scheduling, coordinating communication between field staff and office leadership, and preparing basic documents, forms, and reports as needed. The Administrative Assistant may also support executive-level staff with administrative tasks, such as calendar management and meeting preparation, and help ensure visitors and callers receive professional, timely assistance. Qualifications Strong administrative assistance skills, including managing schedules, organizing documents, and supporting daily office workflows. Experience or aptitude for executive administrative assistance, including supporting leadership with calendars, meetings, and follow-up tasks.
